Casting for Screen
Do your knees quiver at the thought of auditions? This class will give you the techniques to cope with the rigour ofauditions, such as breaking down a script and using your voice for screen. You will also touch on the difference betweenauditioning for screen verses theatre. This will be a fun week as well as pushing you into new territories.
Rachael Blampied is an experienced screen actress. Her recent work includes NZ feature film 'I'm Not Harry Jenson', the Disney TV series'Legend of the Seeker', NZ's 'The Almighty Johnsons', 'The Jono Project', 'Bliss', and 'A Night at The Classic'.She has a major role in 'Underbelly NZ: Land of the Long Green Cloud' series, and will appear in NZ's favourite hospital drama...
Rachael completed a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts at Unitec in 2006, and lives in Auckland.
