They say films are made in the edit suite and this foundation course in video and film editing will show you the magical process firsthand. Covering techniques and styles ranging from drama to music video this is a highly practical course, offering students the opportunity to cut a variety of exercises and filmed projects. Editing offers a great point-of-entry into the performance industries. The skills gained would also be great for budding actors or directors - or anyone serious about a career in film and television.

Will Wallace trained as an actor at the Unitec Performing Arts School graduating in 1999. His many acting credits include a nomination for a NZ Film & Television Award for his role in the local drama “Orange Roughies”. An accomplished film maker Will runs Fiftyone50 Productions – a successful production company specialising in everything from actor showreels to drama – corporate and documentary films. Will has taught film acting and editing technique at the country’s leading drama schools. Will is currently appearing in the TVNZ series “The Cult”.
